Q: Do you take phone orders?
A: Because of identity theft and to protect your security, we do not accept phone orders. All of our payments run through a secure payment system to ensure that your data is protected. We do not receive a copy of any of your credit card data.
Q: Do you provide proofs?
A: One free digital proof is included with your order upon request for "Customizable options" only. If you would like a digital proof please make that request in the notes to seller at checkout.
Please note: Requests to change the personalization after a proof has been provided, to change the design of an item, to make a custom design or fonts changes if not part of the allowable selections will incur " custom design fees" . Please contact us prior to order for a " Custom Design Quote".

A: We are located and make each item in Lincolnton, GA
A. We custom make each personalized item just for you because each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
- Every item is handmade by us just for you at the time of order, we start working on your order within 24 hours of receipt.

- We stand behind our craftsmanship, if an error is made on our part we will go to every effort to provide a resolution,
- We cannot remake items where the wrong font or color was ordered. So we ask that you review the color charts, font charts, item details tab & shipping tab (processing times) prior to purchase to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We via USPS or UPS to the United States. All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking.
Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
A: We do not provide gift wrapping, we are glad to include a gift card with a message if you will provide a message in the notes to seller located on the Checkout Page to and let us know your item is a direct ship gift.
Q: Is hardware included for hanging the art?
A: Hardware is not included with your purchase. We do offer Door Hangers, screws, sign standoff kits, magnetic hanging kits and Bows for purchase.
Q: What is Powder Coating & Cleaning
A: Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day. Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. Please note any item that is exposed to Saltwater will need a marine grade add on clear coat. Saltwater is a known corrosive and will deteriorate even the toughest of finishes. We do offer a marine grade add on clear coat. Please see listing for details.
Q: How to clean the artwork?
A: Clean with a mild dish soap, water, and towel. Do not use anything you would not use on your car.
